What is a SEC for Urban Air?
THE SPECIAL EVENT SALES CONSULTANT for Urban Air is responsible for selling FUN!!!
They are the primary brand Ambassador building relationships in the community and working with our Guests to plan their event from start to finish.Everything from birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, private park rentals and more. A key responsibility of this role is to proactively build quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting, attend chamber and other community events to drive brand awareness and drive event business to the park.The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering a memorable Guest experience.
SEC Qualifications include:
•Guest service mindset
•Working in a fast-paced, dynamic Family Entertainment atmosphere
•Passion for delivering a great Guest experience at every touchpoint
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Self-starter, eager to learn and develop expertise
•Respond to leads in a timely fashion –same business day
•Deliver sales results and love a good challenge
•Ability to write a sales plan and can find business through prospecting and networking
SEC Skills:
•2-5+ years’ experience in inbound/outbound sales
•3+ years’ experience customer service/hospitality
•Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Marketing/Business or related field recommended
•Strong phone/computer skills, ability to properly track sales efforts in CRM
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Availability to work 40-50 hours per week depending on demand
