We are seeking an Manager and Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a Family Entertainment Center in Middletown (Crystal Run), NY.

Responsibilities:
· Open and Close the facility on both weekdays and weekends
· Process, reconcile and record daily receipts
· Schedule staff
· Monitor and maintain the facility and equipment
· Monitor and evaluate staff performance
· Maintain inventory required to support the operations of the facility
· Promote a culture of safety and respect for employees and customers
Other Manager Responsibilities:
· Support the General Manager in the specific areas of responsibility
Skills & Qualifications Required:
· High School Diploma, some College preferred
· Proven conflict management and resolution skills
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
· Ability to work nights and weekends
