Gertrude Hawk Chocolates reopened at the Galleria at Crystal Run Wednesday, after switching spaces to accommodate construction of the upcoming 110 Grill. The new, more centralized space in adjacent to the Galleria’s Center Court and directly next to Round1 Bowling & Amusement.
The store’s new, contemporary design is a drastic change from the quaint, country look of the old storefront, but allows the shelves of multi-colored boxes of the brand’s famous Smidgens to be unmissable to passersby.
“I think the proximity to Round1 will attract families to Gertrude Hawk,” said Ethan Weber, the Galleria’s marketing director.
