Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at C&C Unisex. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will be the face of our salon, responsible for managing appointments, greeting clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the salon and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for stylists.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and booking appointments.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as required.
- Provide information about salon services and products to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or appointment management systems is a plus.
